I thought after sharing my secrets for hand washing my cashmere, I’d share a peek at one of my favourite sweaters. Here’s a look that is just so easy to pull together. I feel comfortable, stylish and I feel oh-so-soft!
Sweater – Lord & Taylor cashmere from The Bay (a Christmas gift, but on sale right now!!!)
Blouse – Madonna’s collaboration from H&M in 2007. One of the only times I ever lined up for the launch of a fashion line, and look at me still wearing it 7 (SEVEN!!) years later.

Shoes – aubergine patent ballet flats…one of the best finds ever from a J. Crew Factory store…$79
Bracelet – from Target, ages ago
Glasses – brand new and a very expensive mistake. I thought I had $400 left to spend on 2013 vision care benefits as part of my plan. Turns out I’d already maxed my benefits plan for the year. Whoops! Happy early birthday present to me.
what is it with glasses??? i’ve needed new frames for about 9 years now but don’t feel like selling a kidney to get them. they look really nice on you, too!
