We carved our pumpkins last night. Well…I didn’t.
While I wish I could rock my orbs the way Grumble does, I’m pretty happy with our lil punkin this year.
Last year after all three kids jumped ship on me I swore we were only going to have one pumpkin that I was simply going to drill holes into. That was my plan, until something magical happened: Cam asked me if he could carve the pumpkin.
Hell to the yes!
I handed him a sharpie and kid-carver and told him to have at it,
It made cleaning out the cavity a breeze and I didn’t have guck up to my elbow.
Once the insides were out. My job was done. Cam had his pumpkin carver and got to work.
All I had to do after that was light’er up. The open back made that easy too:
I was grateful for his help and appreciated the fact that he wanted to participate this year. I think he did a splendid job!
Who carves at your house?
