On Depression – Let’s Keep Talking

This hit me like a brick wall: Depression isn’t feeling sad when everything is going wrong. Depression is  feeling sad when everything is going right. 

This video is worth your time. Depression is worth talking about.

It makes me wonder how many people I care about have sat at the end of their beds and felt this way, unbeknownst to me.

Keep talking. Keep asking. And show compassion. It is always the right answer.
