This photo spread says it all. Who looks healthy? The size 14 or the typical runway model whose body mass indicates anorexia?

I just want to see women, men, families healthy! It’s not just about having a healthy body weight it’s about having a healthy body! The only way to do that is to eat clean, exercise, and get sleep – whether you’re trying to lose weight or 4 years old trying to grow those are the keys in being healthy. Making sure you do those things means that not only will your outside be sexy your insides will be too!

id like to see more woman maintaining there average body size and taking care of themselves then not eating and trying to be thin.. its hard to keep up with the medias view of perfection when not being perfect is perfection in its own right no need to be a cookie cuter nation on any account women and especially young girls should embrace the bodys they have and stay focused on healthy living not on what other people want them to do .. anorexia is not a lifestyle or a way to keep thin its life threatening and should be treated by a doctor and a therapist .. embrace life and the many flavors it has to offer no need to be hungrey .. just be healthy about your choices .. stay healthy at the size your supposed to be not th size you think you should be ..
