    i could argue that local IS fair trade as well…in some instances of course. i’m really happy that there is such a big movement on now as to where our food comes from and that this shift will trickle up into the big companies. we do need the big companies, IMO, but they’re going to soon realize they really need us more and will change their priorities to regain our business.
