Kitchen Rescues Courtesy Kraft

December 16, 2012 by Kath

You know those nights, right? It’s late, everyone’s hungry, you just got back from work and there’s hardly any food in the pantry. What to do for dinner?
Well, there’s always the take-out option, but before I run for my wallet and the drive-thru, I always check the Kraft Canada website and their “use what’s on hand” feature – you type in three ingredients that you have, and they suggest dozens of recipes to choose from. I’ve found some enduring family favourites from this site, and avoided many fast-food meals as well.

Mini Taco Bowls: a kid-pleasing family favourite I discovered on Kraft’s website.
But I don’t always wait for the last minute – I recently subscribed to Kraft Recipes by Email. Some days, having that message in my inbox has been a lifesaver, delivering quick and easy meal solutions that bring the whole family to the table. I love it. I receive great food ideas everyone will love, plus special offers and tips. From dinner to dessert, Recipes by Email caters to me by delivering delicious ideas to my inbox every week!
So register today! Sign up to receive recipes by email today and enjoy personalized emails delivered each week with content that is targeted to you.
Kraft’s best recipes for everyday dinners, healthy living, special celebrations, heavenly desserts and much more.
I rely on the Kraft Canada website for other recipe inspirations as well, not just for those last-minute bailouts and weekly emails. For instance, I love the Kraft First Taste online community for food lovers. I love being among the first to try Kraft’s newest products and try out their newest recipes. The community is active and vibrant place to share food ideas, take fun culinary challenges and – best of all – enjoy exclusive offers and savings.
Whenever I’m curious about a new product or need advice on a foodie-related issue, I head over to the First Taste community. You can pose a question to the community, read other members’ blog posts and check out the member ratings and favourites for Kraft products. Click on a featured product to see what other members think about it, add it to your favourites and learn more.
If you like like cooking, you really should check out the Kraft First Taste community!
