The fine folks at Health Check asked me to check out their new app & try out one of their lower sodium, heart healthy recipes. Health Check has launched a free, quick and easy app to help health conscious, food loving Canadians lower the amount of salt in their diets.
It is available in English or French at the Apple, Blackberry, and Android app stores or via their website.

I decided to try out the Tilapia recipe below for some friends this past weekend: They were blown away!
First of all, any time you present a dish to people in a shiny package you’re off to a great start. Unwrapping the foil unleashes a wonderful bouquet of aromas – the combination of the freshly steamed ingredients along with the Asian influenced sauce was just mouth-wateringly tantalizing.
