Grilled Savoury Lamb Chops

These lamb chops are melt in your mouth delicious. The simple, sweet and savoury baste really make them irresistible. The flavours are subtle enough to accent but not overpower the delicious chops.
My kids devoured these, and asked me if I’d make them for dinner again tomorrow night. Give them a try and let me know what your family thinks!

Emmy – getting to know someone you can trust about the source, quality and cuts of your meat is the best way to make sure you get a great buy every time. A local butcher, or if possible, at a farmer’s market would be a great place to start.
If you’re in Toronto check out the Evergreen Brick Works or the St. Lawrence Market.
