The other day, while shuffling things around in my closet, purging and whatnot, I came upon my short stack of too-warm-for-summer pants, that I pile behind the “wear now” stack – it looks tidier on the shelf this way, and I don’t have to balance, like, 12 pairs of pants in a wobbly tower all the time. (My problems are plentiful, I KNOW! But, this madness makes me feel so clever sometimes…)
To my pleasant surprise, you see, on top of my late-spring purchases of two pairs of stretchy corduroy pants (one teal, one grey) I found this excellent pair of dark grey, lightweight, stretchy cotton pants with a slightly satin finish I bought when I did a quick-and-dirty shop at Costa Blanca earlier in the summer. (I also bought this skirt and this skirt.) The tags were still attached and everything. I’ve never had grey pants before. (Besides the cords, I mean.) Brand new pants! Grey ones!! I knew I’d feel this way when I found them again. Oh, HAI pants!! Gifts are good.
They fit well, and they seem to wash well. SCORE! *skips and claps doing happy dance*
I throw a leather jacket on when I have to venture out into the fickle outdoors, but I like a tank top to wear around the house these days – I feel like Laura Croft and all badass raiding tombs hauling laundry up and down two flights, and even dragging Andrew up the stairs full of groceries… well, it makes a lady swear sweat.
Or was that a hot flash? I really can’t tell. Someone just open a window, please.

What I desire to know is why you didnt think to contain the other side of this issue? There are so many points that youre missing here that I dont see how you could really form an intelligent opinion on the subject. Its like you didnt even think about that there me be one more side here. Im kind of disappointed.
