If you’re Oscar-winning beauty Halle Berry (46), this is how you spend your Thanksgiving – having two hunky French-speaking men fighting in your driveway!
In one corner – Gabriel Aubry, a 6’2 tall 36 year-old French-Canadian male model who is also your ex and baby daddy.
In the other corner we have Oliver Martinez, a sexy 5’8 tall 46 year old French actor whom you’re planning to marry.
Before the fight is over, there are broken ribs and possibly a broken hand and a neck injury. Oh, and one of the men gets arrested.
Here’s what went down. Aubry was dropping off their 4 year-old daughter Nahla at Halle Berry’s house when Berry’s fiance Martinez decided to come out of the house and confront him.
According to TMZ:
“We’re told Gabriel was still in the motor court when Olivier walked up to him and said, ‘We have to move on.’ According to witnesses, Gabriel then pushed Olivier and threw a punch at his face, but Olivier blocked it and the punch struck him in the shoulder instead. We’re told Gabriel then pushed Olivier to the ground, and Olivier cold-cocked him in the face, and a struggle ensued, ending with Olivier pinning Gabriel to the ground.”
Aubry suffered a broken rib and facial contusions, while Martinez reportedly broke his hand and injured his neck. Both men ended up in the same emergency room. How’s that for an awkward moment!
This is just the latest in a series of escalating events between Berry and Aubry. The two have been embroiled in bitter custody discussions since breaking up in on 2010 after spending four years together.
Berry had wanted to move Nahla to France but Aubry fought that and recently won a court battle to keep her in the U.S. Apparently, Aubry is paid $20,000 a month by Berry – the same amount as his bail!
Aubry has been charged with misdemeanor battery and has had an order of protection issued against him.
Hopefully, little Nahla wasn’t a witness to these shenanigans, is all I can say.
They are trying to take his daughter away. I’d probably fight tooth and nail too!
