2-Year-Old ‘Celebrates’ Arrival Of Newborn Sister With Epic Tantrum

February 10, 2015 by Tanya Cruz Leave a Comment

Not everyone gets excited over the idea of being an older sibling. And some of them definitely aren’t afraid to show it.

It looks like little 2-year-old Piper was more than happy being an only child, because as soon she found out a newborn baby sister was coming into the picture, she lost it. Saying she didn’t take the news very well, would be an understatement.

Frankly, it was all too much for Piper who started screaming into the door and soon ended up lying on the floor — quite possibly soaking in the fact that she’ll now have to carry all the responsibilities of being an older sibling (we feel you, little one).

Her father’s line of questioning also didn’t help the situation, only making Piper’s tantrum escalate even more.

Someone should let her know that screaming the word ‘No’ so passionately won’t magically change the situation or make her newborn sister disappear into thin air. A+ for effort though.

We’re hopeful that as soon as Piper realizes that having a little sister also means having new playmate and someone to boss around, the idea of being an older sibling won’t be so bad —  she just might want to pick herself up from the floor first.

Here, have a laugh! Watch her epic meltdown for yourself … Just remember to turn down the volume first.
