Win Four Tickets to Disney Live! Three Classic Fairy Tales!

December 1, 2011 by Sara

Have you got the little ones all of their Christmas gifts yet?  What’s on their lists?  If they’re anything like Will’s, they revolve around candy, toys and yes…Princesses!  The kid has a mild obsession…and I’m not fighting it.  Wiggles – I love you but it was getting a bit old.  Ever since Hallowe’en, when Will and I went to the Disney Princess Party, he’s been loving them.  Cinderella…Snow White…Belle.  He loves them all.  So I’m stuffing some tickets into his stocking (you know, along with what Santa brings) to go and see the Disney Live! Three Classic Fairy Tales!

DL4PR_FabsW-book_0321_0182_600x480.jpgMickey…Minnie…Donald…Goofy AND the princesses.  So awesome.

So – do you want to put a family pack of four tickets in your little ones stocking this year?  We want you to!  And you can win them here for one of the shows running January 13 -15 at the Rogers Centre.

Just reply to this post…and tell me who your favourite character is in one of the three classic tales of Beauty and the Beast, Cinderella or Snow White.  The contest runs until December 8th…so plenty of time to wrap them up!

DL4PR_EvilQueen_0321_6041_600x400.jpgI’ll start!  My favourite is the Evil Queen from Snow White.  Honestly…now that you’re a grown up…she’s sort of hilarious no?  Julia Roberts is playing her in a new movie…I just may have to see it.

If you don’t win the tickets..we have a special offer for UrbanMoms – go to this ticketing page to purchase seats, you can get 4 tickets for weekday (Monday – Thursday) performances for just $44 or save $4 per ticket on weekend (Friday through Sunday) performances with code MAMA.  (Restrictions: Not valid on Front Row, VIP, TP adn Gold Circle tickets.  May not be combined with any other discount).

Click here for Contest Rules and Regulations.

UrbanMoms.ca members are eligible to win so don’t forget to sign-in.  Not a member yet?  Click here to join.

The contest closes on December 8, 2011.

My favorite character is Chip from Beauty and the Beast. He’s very cute and saves the day when Belle and her father are trapped in their cellar 🙂

You’ve gotta love Gaston! “he’s especially good at expectorating, my what a guy, Gaston!” Using “expectorating” in a song lyric? Genius!

    after enduring all the hardships.

My favourite character is Snow White, because she is the fairest of them all, and she can get animals to do her cleaning for her! LOL! Plus she ends up with Prince Charming!

I would have to say Belle. My daughter was named after her.
This year we took the kids to Disney, Orlando (this was our very first trip as a family in 10 years). Of all the characters we met and hugged, my daughter was in awe when Belle hugged her and gave her a little kiss.
When Issy told her her name, Belle said that they were “sister’s forever”. My daughter was on cloud nine – since she only has two brothers (1 just brand new). She and Belle talked for a very long time and she gave Isabella a beautiful rose from her vase with her signature on it. It is now resting safely in Isabella’s Hope Chest.
Belle is a very strong and intelligent Disney character. My daughter is also very strong and very intelligent. It would be amazing to revisit these friends at Disney Live! Three Classic Fairy Tales! Thank you for the chance.

Belle, she’s smart she does not fall for a pretty face and money, she is comfortable with her-self. She is devoted to the people who truly love her, (family). She sacrifices her happiness to save her fathers life. She find happiness in within her prison, she does not let her bad luck in life, bring her down. She continues to see the good with in the beast. She can sense a prince inside his sole.

My favourite Disney character from those movies would have to be the Fairy Godmother. She makes all your wishes and dreams come true, I sure could use one of those. It’s also nice to have something positive to believe in. I also love Gus the mouse, he’s too funny. My daughter, however would be voting for Belle, or wait, Cinderella, no wait Snow White…… she loves them all so much, its all I ever hear. lol

My son loves Snow White. On Halloween one of our neighbours dressed up as Snow White to hand out candy and now he is convinced she lives across the street.

The Beast “ugly and mean” on the outside but really a softie on the inside just waiting for someone to reach out to him. I think everybody has a “Beast” in their life. Whether is Cranky Joe Blow in accounting, that neighbour that seems to sneer at you or that bus driver with the perma scowl. Sometimes a little genuine kindness can tame the toughest beast. We just need to reach out and show some one you care:)

I am feeling a bit like Grumpy, from Snow White these days. It’s been a terrible year for my kids and I, but every once in a while, someone makes me smile anyway.

Belle would be my favourite. She took care of her father, loves to read and she surrendered herself for her father’s place. She also fell in love with a beast and tried to help him.

I would have to go with Belle in Beauty and the Beast, loves books, strong willed and looks good in yellow 🙂
