I’m pretty sure that I don’t need to tell you what’s “charming” about Pandora. You probably already know. Hubbies and good friends know this company has made it easy when it comes to gift giving. After explaining to my hubby that Pandora is a “no brainer” for me and his mom – a light went off!
Some interesting facts: Pandora was started in Denmark in 1982. There are 5000 people employed by them worldwide. There are more 600 charms to select from and occasionally a charm is retired and I suspect it becomes quite a collectible! Pandora is ranked the second most popular brand amongst luxury jewellery consumers. Tiffany & Co. ranks first.

Personally, I am the sentimental type. I like each of my charms to represent something whether it be a birthday, Mother’s Day, a vacation..heck even St. Patrick’s Day…why not? (I’m not Irish but I’m LOVIN’ the nice green charms in the pics!)
I’m not looking to fill it up quickly and I don’t worry about what it will look like at the end. I want to be my story. My mother-in-law is the same way. We’ve just started her on a bracelet over Christmas and the first charm she was given was from my boys..they picked out a silver frog…because every time they go to Grandma’s they go looking for frogs! Cute, right?
My sister, she’d like it all to coordinate. She’ll take her time to fill it but will bring her bracelet into the store (at a special occasion) and have the consultant suggest something. She’s obviously the planner and thinker in the family.
My mom..I’m ready to start her on a new bracelet as she was VERY quick to fill hers with no rhyme or reason. She just loves the bracelet and loves the charms.
I love that we all collect our charms differently. I also like that you can go online www.pandora.net and build your inspirational bracelet with charms that you’d like. It’s fun, you can virtually see it all done. And put it on a wish list. Brilliant those folks!

That’s sooooo sweet! He’s got great taste, your man! I have friends that are really obsessed over the charms. What I love about it is that the charms range in price so there’s something for everyone!
my hubby surprised me with one for an anniversary…i had never heard of it! i thanked him cuz it was really beautiful but when i said to a friend he got me one her jaw dropped and she ooh’ed and aah’ed and i couldn’t figure out what was the big deal! then i really thanked him! 🙂
