There really is no question that when it comes to celebrities, it’s who you know. Because, it seems, that people like Linsday Lohan and Chris Brown and Mischa Barton know the right people, and people like Gossip Girl’s Chace Crawford do not.
It seems the folks down in Plano, Texas take their crimes very seriously, because Chace was caught in possession of a joint. He wasn’t smoking it, he was holding it. Apparently, though, the 24-year-old could face up to 6 months in jail.
It’s highly unlikely that he will face any jail time at all. I mean, how often do celebrities ever actually serve any time? I’m sure it’ll come down to lawyer fees and a fine.
But, still, it was a JOINT. One. Unlit.
Perhaps we should focus on the criminals who are, you know, actual criminals…
