(welcome to the first week of Juice, your home for all things entertainment. we are still working out the kinks a little bit, but i wanted to let you know of some of the features you should expect to see around here.
look for tuesday teases, where we profile someone you are dying to see and something celebrities didn’t want YOU to see. this one’s worth coming back for, i promise!!
look for hump day wednesdays, where we dish about the rumors, the romances and the heart-breaks.
look for date night thursdays, where i give you the what, where, when, why of going out. the who is up to you, of course. we’ll be talking about restaurants, cities you should visit, romantic destinations, movies you should see, movies you should rent. the works. it’s going to be GOOD.
look for recap fridays…where your tivo and i have given you the whole week to watch all your favorite tv shows…and on friday we are going to snark, snark, snark away!!
look for monday afternoon mommies and thursday morning daddies.
and of course, i’ll be mixing in my movie prescreening and premiere reviews, my celebrity interviews, my celebrity sightings and all that jazz into the mix!
*names are subject, of course, to chance without notice. we are still very new, folks!
there are some more features in the mix, but i can see you are itching to get to some MEAT…so, without further ado, i give you the news…)
So, apparently, Ashley Tisdale, of High School Musical fame, went under the knife last week to fix a deviated septum.
“I didn’t do this because I believe in plastic surgery. I did this to help my health. I literally almost could not breathe out of the right side of my nose,” Ashley told People Magazine. “I want my fans to know the truth. I’m not someone who is going to act like I had nothing done. I just want to be honest because my fans are everything to me.”
good for her for being up front about it. There’s nothing worse than someone pulling a Scarlett Johansson. relax, i kid, mostly. the truth is, i’m not entirely sure on this one. i’m inclined to say yes, definitely a nose job. a good one, though. a smart one.
what do you think? nose job? yes? no?
this, folks, is GOOD plastic surgery:
and THIS is very, very, very bad plastic surgery:
yikes.
Lesley says
What do you think about Jennifer Grey’s nosejob? They say it made her less desirable for movies after Dirty Dancing because she didn’t have a distinguished look anymore.
Micheal Jackson is freaking scary! Really what was he thinking?
Looking forward to your Tuesday teases!
Jen says
Michael Jackson is a total freak. Scary.
The whole perfect-tiny-nose thing irritates me. I kinda liked that Ashlee Simpson was a bit different before. Now she’s so forgetable.
Beck says
… but there are so many horrifying examples of bad plastic surgery out there that I’m surprised that young actresses aren’t terrified away by it.
Beck says
I think a bit of subtle plastic surgery can be a huge blessing….
Tova says
Ashley Tisdale is beautiful!!! I don’t know how she looked before but she sure looks Fabulous now! (yes, i chose to use the f* word on purpose…to remind us of the late, good ol’ Fabulous – she (he?) will be missed 😉
