We have a winner for the 27 Dresses contest! Her story was chosen as the favorite by several members of the urbanmoms.ca team. We are loved it…and were mortified for her. I’m just waiting to hear back from her before we make the big announcement. I want to thank all of your for laying your cards out on the table and bearing your ugly dresses for me. the only funny thing to come out of the People’s Choice Awards…they were on last night, unlike a certain other awards show…but Joaquin Phoenix graciously accepted an award and in a trying-to-be-funny way used cue cards to give his speech to respect the writer’s strike (?). unfortunately, dude needs to learn to spell his own name…maybe he needs to switch back to Leaf…(she says as she makes the ‘drinky, drinky’ motion…)
I heart Hayden P. Mostly because she is exactly like me, using her mouth to carry her starbucks…only i cannot, for the life of me, figure out how a person of her size can consume a venti of anything…

poor Brit. I know she’s a celeb and thus has to deal with the paparazzi. but sheesh…those magazines are relentless! the poor girl needs less people photographing her and more people helping her find a really, really good psychiatrist or something! 😛
