…okay, here’s the situation.
Casey Aldridge took his camera to a Louisiana Wal Mart photo lab to have prints made of 12 personal shots that he took. Apparently, an employee made extra copies of the shots, with the intention of selling them to the highest bidder.
the catch?
Some of the photos are of Jamie Lynn Spears breastfeeding her 3-month-old baby daughter Maddie Brianne. and with breastfeeding usually comes BREAST exposure. and since Jamie Lynn is a still a minor, the photo seller could be charged with CHILD PORNOGRAPHY.

"The pics were taken on Casey’s digital camera. We’re told he took the camera card to his local Wal-Mart in Louisiana for copies. Law enforcement believes someone at the Wal-Mart may have made extra copies, then tried selling them. Because Jamie Lynn is a minor, selling the pics — or buying them — could constitute a violation of federal laws prohibiting pornography. Peddling pictures of a minor’s breast — even if not taken for sexual purposes — could land the seller and the buyer in federal prison if they are marketed across state lines for the purpose of being lurid. Also, anyone purchasing the pics could be prosecuted for the crime of receiving stolen property. Other pics in the set include Britney holding the baby and one of Jamie Lynn, Britney, Brian (Brit’s bro), Lynne Spears and Jamie Spears around Jamie Lynn’s hospital bed. There are also pics of Maddie by herself, and there’s a picture of Jamie Lynn in a negligee holding the baby. Authorities are trying to find the man who is attempting to sell the photos. In addition, we’re told Britney’s lawyers are thinking about going after Wal-Mart for the alleged security breach."

I think Casey is a big effing moron for taking it to Wal Mart in the first place. What did they think was going to happen? Buy a photo printer for God’s sake they aren’t that expensive.
I think that guy should be charged but WHY would Casey be as stupid as to take the pics to be developed at Wal-Mart??

I find it ironic that you can look in any fashion mag or online and see women with their breasts barely covered but photos of breast feeding breasts are considered porn. She is a mother, she is breast feeding. It is natural, and wonderful. It doesn’t matter what her age is, and I think it is awesome that at such a young age she is taking breast feeding seriously. I am not sure if all teen mothers do. I do think that guy should be charged with stealing though. Those are their photos, not his.
I just think it’s fabulous that she is actually BREASTFEEDING her baby. Way to go Jamie-Lynn!
