I love this dress; the color is so springy, and the jersey knit and silhouette look really flattering. The belt is the perfect finishing touch, and I’d top it off with a long gold pendant-type chain necklace. I think this dress looks gorgeous and chic on its own, and would also look great for work under a fitted camel or navy blazer with the sleeves rolled up. Oh, and its under $20. NEEEEEED!
