Where Were You

May 2, 2011 by Racheal

Not quite 10 years ago I’d started a new job as a theatre manager.  My collegues and I were in the middle of a Heath & Safety certification course when someone called down and said a plane had flown into the World Trade Centre.  We quickly rushed to the lobby where we had a small monitor and tuned it into CBC.  There we watched the horrors unfold.  Out of nowhere a second plane hit.

In my opinion no one’s been better able to express what people felt than Alan Jackson.

But now I’m left wondering, what does this really mean?  Will it change anything?

Navy Seals did a great job, but wouldn’t have been able to do it without this Commander in Chief.

With Bin Laden dead, does that signify we will get a lot more or less terrorism?
