There has been a lack of sleep in our house. I’m sure you are familiar with this whole not sleeping thing. My husband has a cold. Both of the girls have colds. And while I haven’t come down with my cold yet, I know it’s coming. And while I would love to spend the day at home in my yoga pants, I promised to volunteer in Zoe’s preschool classroom today.
And you all know what that means, right? It means that spending the day in yoga pants is not going to happen. BUT, it also means that my sleepy-self is going to have to do something about these tired and puffy eyes. Just because I am tired doesn’t mean anyone else needs to know that!
So, I will let you in one of my little secrets…
yes, it’s really that simple! You should always keep two spoons in your freezer. On especially tired mornings, take them out, and rest the backs on your puffy eyelids.
You will instantly look – and feel – more refreshed.
