Apple harvest on our orchard is in full swing, back to school is a blur, real estate is crazy, and we celebrated all three of our kids’ birthdays in the past two months. Fall is great, but fall is also sapping me of any semblance of sanity.

Wonderful photo. The apples seems to look very delicious and seeing how those trees bear a lot of those makes me think how blessed you are. Thanks for sharing.

seriously, did you scotch tape those apples to the trees to make it look even better? that’s a great shot!
i’m curious to see what production will be here, too. during cherry season everyone was screaming there will be no cherries and they will be too expensive…but then i got lots of ontario cherries for the same price…same with all the stone fruit…no shortage. i’m beginning to think there’s a little “chicken little” going on around here but i can’t wait for the new apple crop!

Amanda, I’m curious how the apple crops are out west. Here in Ontario, I’ve read that the rough spring means apple production is down by 88%!! Our favourite pick-your-own farm only has 20% of its usual crop and has limited the pick-your-own significantly. Hope you’ve fared better.
