A girlfriend of mine asked me to do a spring triathlon try with her. I’ve only been able to swim for about 8 months ago, after two rounds of adult lessons, and I just recently worked my way up to running 1.5 kms. I bike everywhere, so I’m not particularly concerned about that leg of the event. Really, though? I’m totally over my head. Any advice you can offer on training, nutrition, anything will be a great help to me!
