In the midst of a global recession, everyone’s thoughts are on money. What better time to discuss healthy saving and spending habits with our children? Setting them off on the right economic track can save them a lot of heartache in the long-run.
An American mother created the Moonjar as a tool for children and families to
incorporate financial values and practices into their daily lives.
Essentially, they’re piggy banks that allow children to save, spend and
give to charity, and encourage parents to pass these values on.
Moonjar Canada is giving away a Classic Moonjar and Conversations to Go
game. Just leave a comment in Trend Watch letting Jennifer know how you’re teaching
financial responsibility at home.
