We love to hear stories of businesses created by other moms, and this week the urbanmoms.ca team is thrilled to bring you the story of member, Holly, founder of www.fussybaby.ca.
Some babies cry or fuss because they are in pain or are uncomfortable. Others cry, or even scream, for no apparent reason. Either way, it can be a very draining and isolating experience.
Fussy Baby is a non-profit website offering support and information to parents of high-needs, fussy infants; babies who cry or fuss excessively due to colic, reflux, a food allergy, or just a fussy temperament. High-needs babies are those that may need constant attention, holding, or motion in order to prevent crying, screaming, or fussing.
Fussy Baby’s goal is to provide timely and relevant articles, personal stories from parents who have ‘been there’, and a forum where you can ask questions, vent, or just come for support.
Visit us at www.fussybaby.ca, and know you’re not alone!
Fussy Baby is based in Vancouver, BC. Please feel free to contact founder Holly Klaassen at feedback@fussybaby.ca and be sure to read her story this week right here on urbanmoms.ca in The Lounge!
Do you or someone you know have a great mom entrepreneur story to share? If so, we’d love to feature it in the urbanmoms.ca Marketplace. Please send a brief description of the business and one or two pictures to kath@urbanmoms.ca with the subject line: urbanmoms.ca Marketplace
