When it comes to eating unfamiliar foods, young children tend to be very picky! And in the latest viral video to hit the web, we get to see just how picky they can be by eating breakfast meals from all over the world.
Inspired by the New York Times’ photo essay, “Rise and Shine” (you need to check it out!), the people at Cut Video and Kitchen Bowl decided to present some of these exotic breakfast meals to American youngsters. The results are funny, honest and candid food reviews and reactions from kids who’d probably rather just have a piece of toast in the A.M.
These little guys are quite the troopers though, trying breakfast meals from places like Korea, Brazil, Finland, Vietnam, Poland and the Netherlands. And dare I say, they tried things I don’t even I want to try. Black eggs? Yeah, no thanks. But I think we can all agree we all want to go to Netherlands to devour some Hagelslag, because who doesn’t want bread with chocolate sprinkles in the morning? Hell ya.
If you think the kids in this video look mighty familiar, that’s because they are! Just last month Cut released a video of parents talking to their children about the birds and the bees – another viral video with equally amazing reactions. We don’t know what Cut Video will come out with next but what we do know is – that cute Asian kid with the combover and superior fashion sense, needs to be in it! His reactions make this video.
