It was a night of STAR-GAZING at the posh Windsor Arms Hotel located in the Yorkville. The Joe Carter Classic Celebrity Golf Tournament and official after party was hosted by Toronto Blue Jays World Series hero Joe Carter and James Dodds. The party was first class overflowing with well known sports and other personalities…so was the Belvedere Vodka
A star-studded line up of very approachable celebrities rubbed shoulders and mingled with socialites, sponsors, friends, and media — they did not disappoint!

The celebrities in attendance included Joe Carter, Damon Allen, Marcus Allen, Jerome Bettis, Rod Black, Dean Blundell, Ray Bourque, Cleon Daskalakis, Julius “Dr.J” Erving , Cito Gaston, Doug Gilmour, Kelly Gruber, Gordie Howe, Bo Jackson, Mike Krushelnyski, Cliff Levingston, Ian Leggatt, Greg Lloyd, Kenny Lofton, Jamaal Magliore, Fred McGriff, Guy O’Brien, Jonathan Ogden, Ozzie Smith, Dave Stewart, Kordell Stewart, Trish Stratus, Tracy Temple, Alan Thicke, Tony Todd, Henry Williams, Mitch Williams, Michael Wright, Todd Zeille..and of course, CHARLIE SHEEN! 
On Wednesday, August 15th, the 3rd annual Joe Carter Classic Golf Tournament raised funds for The Children’s Aid Foundation of Canada. Since 2010, the Joe Carter Classic has brought together celebrities from the worlds of sports and entertainment along with avid golfers to raise funds and awareness for the Foundation.  It’s reported that $500,000 has been raised from this event! 
“We are extremely thankful for this wonderful gift,” said Len Gamache, President of the

Children’s Aid Foundation. “To ensure a lasting impact, we are using the endowment to establish Joe Carter Scholarships and the Joe Carter Family Support Fund, which will provide ongoing support where it’s needed most. This fund will help the Foundation’s efforts to promote greater access to post-secondary education and to sustain programs that support healthy and positive living environments for foster families and those in the early stages of leaving the child welfare system.”
Presenting sponsors for the tournament, BlackBerry and TD Bank Group, as well as supporting sponsors SDI Marketing, Canada Goose, Callaway, Lug, CIBC, Toronto Star, Charton Hobbs, Labatt, J.F. Moore Communications and Golfer Aid.  After party sponsors included Strellson and Belvedere Vodka.
