fno_logo-1.jpgMark your calendars! Fashionistas from cities and countries around the world will take to the streets and shops in what the fashion world is calling “the most iconic extravaganza”.

On September 6, style mavens join will in the night-time festivities rubbing elbows with celebrities, journalists, designers, and models. Toronto will join over 4500 events in cities like New York, Vancouver,  Chicago, LA, Boston, and eighteen countries like Spain, France, Germany, Portugal, Japan and Italy, offering a night full of events and promotions. Here is a quick glance at what’s going on from 6pm to 11pm. 
Many of the stores will be donating 5% to 10% of sales from this evening to FASHION CARES, the annual and highly anticipated fundraiser in support of the The AIDS Committee of Toronto.
CityLine’s Tracy Moore and Lynn Spence will take to Centre Court for Fashion Clinics and showcasing the Top 20 Trends for Fall and Winter. Make up artist Diana Carreiro will share the season’s top hair and beauty trends. FASHION CARES is also joining YORKDALE offering a public preview of Vintage Costume Exhibit that will be displayed at the upcoming FASHION CARES Gala. Open till 11pm.

HOLT’S will celebrate their HOT@175th Birthday with a massive street party. They will fete in style with hologram models and the debut of their mobile Pop-Up shop. Special promotions and limited edition magenta collection will have everyone painting the town in bright pink! Street Party from 7pm-10pm. Store will be open until 11pm.

The Style Soiree will be located at HAZELTON LANES with The Toronto Incubator will feature some of Toronto’s most fashion forward and emerging designers. 
Various shops including Cole Haan and H&M will join in the offerings of the neighbourhood known as the Mink Mile. H&M will be unveiling their fall campaign starring Lana Del Ray.

Located at The Burroughes Building, 6th Floor Queen St. West (Queen & Bathurst), THE BAZAAR will be home to a Pop-Up Marketplace featuring over 20 of Toronto’s leading designers and retailers. DJ and cocktails round of the shopping experience. 


Of course the night will be marked with this year’s collection of FNO merchandise from t-shirts to tote bags. This long-sleeved T will be cute over skinny jeans!
